Not sure what I was going for.
I liked CosmicUnicorn 's textures for Luna and Celestia's mane so I wanted to use it in some capacity. It's a bit too pale to be Rider's hair (and trust me I edited it to get as close as I did for some time) but overall it's pretty decent.
I just hate how my own personal color job (eyes, coat, hijab, and sweater) all look dull and lifeless next to it. But hey I don't work with textures beyond glitter very often.

Background was kind of meh, something I threw together last minute with the background I found.
