She is quite the wicked witch.
Fun Fact:
Witch Willow is my OC Enchantress lllusion's older sister.
Witch Willow had been exposed to dark magic like her sister BUT unlike Enchantress was able to fight off the allure (Therefore the addiction is causes) and gave up magic all together and only uses the natural magic around her. Aka she gave up trying to be a mage or sorceress and became a witch.
